Dr. Boban Joseph has been working with people with various psychiatric conditions for their psychosocial betterment in the past 16 years. He is primarily dealing with solving the psychosocial problems of children with behavioral problems, people with addictions to substances, rehabilitation of persons living with schizophrenia, people who are suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety and several kinds of phobias.

He has hands on experience in treating people with family problems, depression, bipolar disorder and sexual dysfunctions. He has also taken couple of awareness classes and conducted training programs related to psychosocial care in mental health.

Dr. Boban Joseph has studied and worked at various psychiatric settings at NIMHANS, Bengaluru, Karnataka since 2010 to 2018 and currently he is working as an Assistant Professor in the School of social work, Marian College, Autonomous Kuttikkanam, Peermade, Idukki District, Kerala, India. He has published several research papers in national and international research journals also, keen in attending several workshops and presented many papers in conferences related to mental health. He is one of the life members of Indian Society of Professional Social Workers.
